Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Cadence. By using this website and/or booking services with Cadence (operated by Evangeline Llewellyn-Smith), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Services Provided

Cadence offers hypnotherapy and mindset coaching services, specialising in:

  • Sports performance

  • Confidence and anxiety

  • Trauma-informed support

These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency care.

 

2. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)

  • You understand the nature of hypnotherapy and coaching and consent to treatment

  • You will disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may impact your sessions

If you are currently receiving treatment from a healthcare provider, we advise informing them of your intention to work with us.

 

3. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions are by appointment only and must be paid for 48hrs in advance, unless otherwise agreed

  • Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation

  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not issued for completed sessions

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.

 

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in a confidential setting and information shared will be kept private, except where:

  • Required by law

  • There is risk of serious harm to you or others

  • You provide written consent to share information

Notes may be taken during or after your sessions in accordance with professional standards.

 

6. Results & Outcomes

Every individual responds differently. While many clients experience meaningful change, results cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on personal engagement and readiness.

Cadence does not make claims of diagnosis, cure, or guaranteed outcomes.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (e.g. recordings, PDFs, worksheets) are the property of Cadence and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

 

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Reproduce or distribute any content without consent

  • Attempt to breach the site’s security features

We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Cadence will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (emotional, physical, or financial) arising from the use of this website or participation in services, except where required by law.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
